Jess and Matt were married at the gorgeous Lion Rock Farm in Sharon Connecticut. These two sweethearts met in college and were destined to be together even when time and location were a factor – they always managed to find their way back together.

The Lion Rock Farm is a 600-acre historic working farm with no shortage of green and expansive vistas. Jess and Matt fell in love with the location for its beauty and simplicity.

Heirloom Pictures began the day as the wedding party was preparing for the excitement ahead. Jess slipped into her sleek stunning gown and Matt was looking sharp in a custom suit. Stepping out of the old farmhouse, Jess met Matt along the picturesque walkway for their First Look. These two have quite a passionate chemistry together and was evident during this sweet private moment.

The ceremony took place on the rolling lawns of the estate. A chuppah adorned with late summer blooms and winding greenery stood as the sacred space to exchange lifelong vows. As loved ones looked on, Jess and Matt said their I do’s.

The reception was nestled under a clear top tent to take full advantage of their surroundings. Roses and select greens paired with twinkling tapered candles lined the tables. Stunning overhead chandeliers and floral installations floating throughout the tent made for a romantic and warm atmosphere. As the evening progressed, guests toasted and celebrated the newlyweds as everyone enjoyed amazing food and dessert. Celebrating into the night, Jess and Matt soaked it all in alongside their guests enjoying every minute.
