Danielle and Chris ~ A Joyful and Romantic Wedding at the Boston Public Library.

September 6, 2019

Danielle and Chris were married on August 3, 2019 at the Boston Public Library. After meeting in Philadelphia while pursuing their masters Degrees, they graduated and embarked on an eight week trip around the world but it was this day in Boston where they started their greatest adventure yet!

We started the day as the couple prepared themselves for the first look. The energy in Danielle’s suite with her bevy of friends laughing and joking was joyful and cozy. Danielle was all smiles as she touched up her make up with a few happy tears at her first look with her dad and mom. The jovial energy in Chris’ suite was accompanied by a game of cards and a whiskey toasts. Chris also read a love letter from his bride to be which we were so happy to capture, just a wonderful moment.

The first look was next on the grand staircase of the Boston Public Library. It’s hard not get swept up in the emotions at Chris turns around to see Danielle when she reaches the top of the stairs. His laughter says it all and Danielle looks stunning. Another very sweet moment.

The Ceremony, was held in the courtyard under the happy gaze of the Bacchante fountain sculpture and an incredible floral Chuppah. With family and friends surrounding them Danielle and Chris made their vows and and celebrated their union with the smashing of the glass and beautiful kiss.

On to the Cocktail hour and reception! After some mingling with their guests it was time for the grand entrance into Bates Hall. As Danielle and Chris were introduced for the first time as husband and wife, the vaulted ceilings of this great hall echoed with cheers and applause. After some wonderful toasts it was on to the Abby Room for dancing including a jubilant Hora and some pretty hot dace moves from the bride, groom and their guests.

Danielle and Chris, thank you so much for making us part of your day. We wish you continued joy and many adventures in the years to come! Congratulations on your wonderful wedding day!

Thank you Kate McElwee for the beautiful cover photo!

I would sit with him as he meticulously developed each roll of film. Chemicals and darkrooms have gone away as technology developed but I stayed up to date and realized my editing skills are way better and more fun!
